Time: Meet Start: 6:00 PM
We’re counting on all our participants to arrive by 5:50 PM, ensuring a seamless start to the event. This early arrival not only allows you to familiarise yourself with the schedule and night’s updates. This also offers a chance to grab a revitalising cup of coffee from Fancy Fox Coffee. Early birds, you hold the key to a successful start, helping us complete those crucial family/parent roster spots before the event kicks off.We can hardly contain our excitement as we look forward to another extraordinary evening of field events and outdoor adventure!

Please Note – If your roster requirements aren’t met for the season your child won’t be eligible for a trophy at the end of the season.
