We’re back on track this Friday night for another fun week of athletics at McPherson Park! This week is a general program a great mix of sprints, throws, and jumps for all age groups.

We’re back this Friday night for Week 4 of our season at McPherson Park, Bracken Ridge. This week we’re putting the spotlight on Hurdles across the age groups – from Mini Hurdles for U7s through to 100m hurdles for our older athletes.
